Service Agreement

1 Explanation

This "Service Agreement" is required to be agreed upon by you, the customer, before any service can be provided. In this agreement, you will be asked to comply with our "Standards for Service" (see Section 2), "Liability & Responsibly" (see Section 3), and "Terms of Payment" (see Section 4). After going through this document you will be asked whether you agree to follow and be bound to the Agreement.

2 Standards for Service

2.1 Violence & Foulness

At no time will we provide a service where the content contains material of violence, gestures, foul language or swearing, or any content of similar nature. Violation will result in the termination of service.

2.2 Immodesty & Immoral Conduct

At no time will we provide a service where the content contains material that is immodest or suggestive. Imagery that is adult, immoral, or pornographic in any way will not be serviced and will result in termination of service and, if needs be, legal recourse.

2.3 Standard Summary

Most content we service is for professionals and family histories, and as such, we expect the content to be friendly to all ages, businesses, governments, and religious parties contained in the United States of America. While beliefs and practices of individuals may differ, we reserve the right to deny service for any content that we deem unacceptable for all audiences; we do not, and will not, deny services to anyone based on personal beliefs or life styles of the individual or entity, unless their conduct is in violation of local, state, and federal laws.

3 Liability & Responsibility

3.1 Transport, Natural Disasters, and Acts of Terrorism or Violence. We are not responsible for any damage, loss, or effect as a result of transportation, natural disaster, or Act of Terrorism or Violence. Safety and care of transported content is the responsibility of the customer and/or the agency.

3.2 Obtain Permission

As a customer, it is your responsibility to obtain permission for any content you are having serviced. By presenting us content to service, we in good faith, assume you have received proper permission to have the content serviced. We are not responsible for the failure of our customers in obtaining proper permissions.

4 Terms of Payment

4.1 Services

By accepting a service, you agree to the payment rate and contract term; at any point there is a discrepancy, we will either refund, or charge, for the service depending on the respective circumstance.

4.2 Cancellation of Service

If at any time you decide to cancel a service, you will be required to pay for any work provided by us at the rate and contract term agreed upon.

4.3 Termination by Noncompliance

You will be subject to the same terms as a Cancellation of Service and any additional fees for damages and losses resulted.

Agreement

By signing for, and/or accepting, any services we provide; you agree to, and will comply to, the standards, responsibilities, and payment terms. You will respect the rights and beliefs of the service provider—as they will do the same for you.
